Important Message from the Superintendent Regarding Staffing Agency Employee

Dear Hooksett Parents:

I am writing to inform you about a serious matter regarding an employee of a staffing agency that has been contracted to provide paraprofessional services in the district. On September 8, 2025, we were notified by the Manchester and Hooksett police departments that Mr. Henry Clark, who has worked at Memorial School since October of 2024, was arrested on 12 counts of possession of child abuse images. Upon learning of the charges, the District notified the staffing agency employing the individual of the charges and that their employee will not be allowed back on school property and cannot provide any future services to the district. This individual has not worked with students since June, 2025, as he started the 2025/2026 school year on a medical leave.

Please know that currently we have no indication that any alleged actions/images involved our students, staff, or school property and at no time did the individual have access to district issued technology. The district is cooperating with law enforcement and providing any assistance we can provide as they continue to investigate this matter. We are also working closely with law enforcement to ensure we are fully informed and that we are taking all appropriate steps.

The safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. We know that this news is very disturbing and unsettling. Our school counselors are available to provide support to students who may have questions or concerns. In addition, Memorial Principal Brad Largy and I are available should you wish to discuss this matter further.

We remain committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive learning environment for all of our students.

Sincerely,

William J. Rearick
Superintendent of Schools
